Exchange Policy
Items purchased from our online store cannot be returned or exchanged. You must check the products in front of the delivery person upon receipt. However, in special cases, exchanges can be made at our outlet or by contacting our customer service if you wish to send the items through a courier.
Fascino allows its customers to exchange purchased items subject to the following conditions:
- The customer must submit a request for exchange (via email, phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp) within 2 working days of receiving the purchased item.
- The customer must state the reason(s) for the exchange in their request.
- The item must be in its original packaging, with the price tag intact.
- The original invoice of the item must be sent along with the item.
- The item must have no emits, odors, perfume scents, stains, or any indications of being used or washed.
Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged. If an item bought at the regular price goes on sale, it will be exchanged at the sale price. Fascino reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or deny any exchange request. Upon acceptance of the exchange request, the customer will be notified by our customer service.
Fascino strictly follows a ‘NO refund’ policy. The option of cashback is not available. The Exchange Policy will be applicable once the customer has placed the order and received the parcel or payment has been processed.
